[META] Missing Presents

Santa Adalbert Zollern's presents couldn't be delivered this year — they got mixed up, were lost, or were damaged.
These presents were a big part of him, so you could only imagine his feelings when everything went the way it did.
What does Santa Adalbert (and perhaps all other Santas) wish he had that would've prevented this?
